27. חזרה מבקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים וחילופי מבקשים
(א)מבקש רשאי לחזור בו מבקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים באישור בית המשפט.
(ב)חזר מבקש מבקשתו לצו לפתיחת הליכים, או שזנח את הטיפול בה, רשאי בית המשפט, בכל שלב משלבי הדיון ועד מתן הצו לפתיחת הליכים, לפי בקשת נושה הרשאי להגיש בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים, לצוות על חילופי המבקשים ועל המשך הדיון בבקשה בידי מבקש אחר.
