28. בקשה לסעד זמני והדיון בה
תיקון: תשפ״א־3
(א)על בקשה לסעד זמני והדיון בה יחולו הוראות פרק ט״ו לתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי אם הן אינן סותרות את הוראות סימן זה ובשינויים המחויבים לפי העניין.
(ב)בקשה לסעד זמני, למעט בקשה שהוגשה במעמד צד אחד, תומצא בדרך שבה ממציאים בקשה לצו לפתיחת הליכים.
