32. המצאה של החלטה לביטול סעד זמני
תיקון: תשפ״א
ניתנה החלטה המבטלת סעד זמני שניתן במעמד צד אחד או לפי סעיף 20(א)(3) לחוק, ימציא מבקש הסעד הזמני, בלא דיחוי, העתקים של ההחלטה למנויים בתקנה 30 ולממונה או יודיע להם על מתן ההחלטה בדרך אחרת שיורה בית המשפט; הממונה יפרסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד המשפטים הודעה בדבר ביטול הסעד הזמני.
