77א. פרסום הודעה על ביטול צו לפתיחת הליכים
תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)בוטל צו לפתיחת הליכים לפי סעיף 108 לחוק, ימציא הנאמן הודעה על ביטול הצו לממונה בלא דיחוי, לשם פרסומה בידי הממונה, והממונה יפרסם הודעה על ביטול הצו.
(ב)בוטל צו לפתיחת הליכים, הנאמן ימציא ליחיד הודעה על ביטול הצו.
