78. דרישה לתשלום חוב
דרישה לתשלום חוב כאמור בסעיף 110(א)(1) לחוק תהיה ערוכה לפי טופס 8 שבתוספת ותומצא למענו של היחיד בדואר רשום עם אישור מסירה או במסירה אישית.
