36. סילוק שפכים
(א)הצנרת לסילוק השפכים בבית האוכל –
(1)תהיה שלמה ותקינה ללא נזילה או דליפה;
(2)תמנע אפשרות חדירת שפכים אל צינורות מי השתיה;
(3)תהיה מאווררת באמצעות צינורות איוורור;
(4)תמנע אפשרות של זרימה חוזרת של שפכים אל תוך הבנין;
(5)יותקן בה מפריד שומן בהתאם להוראות המנהל.
(ב)שפכים שאינם מוזרמים לרשת הביוב הציבורית יסולקו באופן שלא יגרום נזק או מפגע, להנחת דעתו של המנהל.
