49. נקיון עובדי המטבח
אדם שטיפל במזון כאמור בתקנה 46(ג) לא ימשיך לטפל במזון אלא אחרי שהחליף את סינורו ואחרי שרחץ את ידיו ביסודיות, במים חמים עם סבון ומברשת.
