50. הטמפרטורה להחזקת מזון
(א)מזון בלתי מוקפא, המהווה קרקע נוחה לריבוי חידקים יוחזק בטמפרטורה שלא תעלה על 5 מעלות צלזיוס.
(ב)מזון מוקפא ובשר טחון גלמי יוחזק בטמפרטורה שלא תעלה על 18 מעלות צלזיוס מתחת לאפס.
