61. שיטת חיטוי כלי האוכל והבישול
(א)כלי האוכל, השתיה והבישול ינוקו במים חמים ובסבון או בדטרגנט מיד אחרי השימוש בהם.
(ב)במבחן swab test או rinse test לא ימצאו חיידקים פטוגניים.
