2. רעש בלתי סביר
לענין תקנות אלה, רעש בלתי סביר הוא הרעש הנפלט מהמכונה הנמדד בהתאם לאמור בתקנה 9(א) ושמפלסו כמשמעותו בתקנה 3 עולה –
(1)עד 31.12.1981 על 90 dB(A)
(2)עד 31.12.1985 על 85 dB(A)
(3)מ־1.1.1986 על 80 dB(A).
