2. העברת מידע בנוגע לפסילת רישיון לנהיגת רכבת מקומית
רשות הרישוי כהגדרתה בפקודת התעבורה תעביר למנהל, לשם הפעלת סמכויותיו, הודעות שקיבלה מקצין משטרה וממזכיר בית המשפט לפי תקנות 555 ו־556 לתקנות התעבורה, בהתאמה; העברת הודעות לפי תקנה זו יכול שתיעשה בדרך של מידע הניתן באמצעי אחסון מגנטי; בתקנה זו, ”המנהל“ – המנהל לעניין מסילת ברזל מקומית.
