19. אסמכתה להוצאת אסיר ממקום כליאתו
צו בית המשפט בדבר הוצאתו של אסיר ממקום כליאתו בישראל ושמירתו במשמורת חוקית מחוץ לישראל, כאמור בסעיף 23(ד) לחוק, יהיה לפי טופס 7 שבתוספת; צו בית המשפט להאריך את תקופת הימצאותו של אסיר מחוץ לישראל, כאמור בסעיף 23(ג) לחוק, יהיה לפי טופס 8 שבתוספת.
