2. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״א, תשפ״ה
בתקנות אלה –
”חיפוש הפוך“ – חיפוש בפנקס ובמפתח כמשמעותם בסעיף 70(א) לפקודה לפי מספר זהותו של אדם, לשם קבלת מידע בדבר רשימת השותפויות, שלגביהן עודכן בפנקס ובמפתח כאמור, שהוא שותף כללי בהן או שהיה שותף כללי בהן, לרבות מידע בדבר תפקידו ומועד סיום כהונתו;
”מספר זהות“ – כהגדרתו בחוק החברות, התשנ״ט–1999; לפי העניין;
”פקודה“ – פקודת השותפויות [נוסח חדש], התשל״ה–1975;
”שותפות“ – לרבות שותפות חוץ.
