103. גובה שיוט בטיסה לפי כט״מ
תיקון: תשע״ד
(א)גובה השיוט בטיסת שיוט אפקית יהיה הגובה שהוקצה לכלי הטיס על ידי יחידת נת״א עבור אותה טיסה.
(ב)הגובה המירבי לטיסות לפי כט״מ הוא גובה טיסה של 100,000 רגל או רום טיסה 1000 (1000 FL).
(ג)לא ישנה מפעיל כלי טיס גובה שיוט אלא אם קיבל אישור לכך מאת יחידת נת״א.
(ד)לא תבוצע הנמכה של כלי טיס אלא באישור יחידת נת״א.
