104. מסלול טיסה
תיקון: תשע״ד
פרט אם אושר אחרת על ידי יחידת נת״א, לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס בטיסה לפי כט״מ אלא בקו האמצע של פרוזדור אויר, או בקו האמצע של נתיב אויר מוגדר מראש, כפי שנקבעו בפמ״ת של ישראל. אולם תקנה זו אינה אוסרת תימרון כלי הטיס כדי לחלוף על פני תנועה אוירית אחרת במרחק בטוח או תמרון כלי טיס, בתנאי כטר״מ, כדי לוודא שמסלול הטיסה המיועד להנמכה או לטיפוס פנוי.
