280. תחולה
סימן זה יחול על כלי טיס וציוד הנדרשים לביצוע ההפעלה לפי פרק זה. דרישות סימן זה הן בנוסף לדרישות הפרקים הראשון עד השביעי, אולם בסימן זה לא נדרשת כפילות של כל ציוד שנדרש לפי פרק אחר.
