294א. חמרי תא פנים המטוס
תיקון: תשמ״ח, תשע״ד
לא יפעיל אדם מטוס גדול העומד בדרישות תעודת סוג או בתוספת לאותה התעודה שהוצאה לו לפי הוראות SFAR 41, אלא אם כן בתוך שנה מיום שהוצאה תעודת כושר הטיסה הראשונית בהתאם ל־SFAR עומד המטוס בדרישות תא פנים המטוס שנקבעו בתקנה 25.853(a) ל־פ.א.ר., שהיתה בתוקף ביום ד׳ באדר ב׳ התשנ״ה (6 במרס 1995).
