316. כישורי טייס משנה
לא יעסיק מחזיק רמ״א אדם, ולא יעסוק אדם, כטייס משנה של כלי טיס, אלא אם אותו אדם מחזיק בלפחות רשיון טייס מסחרי עם הגדרים מתאימים לאותו כלי טיס ועם הגדר מכשירים. בטיסות כט״מ יענה אותו אדם על דרישות הנסיון כאמור בתקנות הרשיונות.
