89. טיסה במרחב אוירי מבוקר פוזיטיבית
תיקון: תשע״ד
לא יפעיל אדם כלי טיס במרחב אוירי מבוקר פוזיטיבית שקבע המנהל אלא אם –
(1)כלי הטיס מופעל לפי כט״מ בגובה שנקבע עבורו על ידי יחידת נת״א;
(2)כאשר מצויים בכלי הטיס מכשירים וציוד כאמור בתקנות 21 ו־33(א)(3);
(3)הטייס המטיס את כלי הטיס מחזיק בהגדר מכשירים.
