90. פטור
(א)המנהל רשאי לתת פטור בכתב מדרישות תקנות פרק זה, כולן או מקצתן, ולהתנות תנאים בפטור, אם הוא שוכנע שהפעלת כלי הטיס לפי תנאי הפטור יכולה להתבצע בבטיחות.
(ב)בקשה לפטור לפי תקנת משנה (א) תוגש למנהל בצורה שיורה.
(ג)תוקף הפטור יהיה כמצוין בו.
