185א. כשירות לקבלת הגדר אוירון זעיר
תיקון: תשמ״ג, תשמ״ה־3, תשמ״ח, תשע״ו
טייס יהיה כשיר לקבלת הגדר אוירון זעיר אם נתמלאו בו כל אלה:
(1)הוא מחזיק ברישיון טייס תקף;
(2)הוא הוכיח בקיאות, ידע מקצועי, נסיון ומיומנות טיסה כמפורט בסימן זה;
(3)הוא המציא לרשות הרישוי קבלה על תשלום אגרת הגדר נוסף לאוירון.
