310. כשירות לקבלת הגדר מאמן מפקח על תנועה אוירית
תיקון: תשנ״ב
מפקח על תנועה אוירית יהא כשיר לקבל הגדר מאמן מפקח על תנועה אוירית אם נתמלאו בו שני אלה:
(1)הוא מחזיק בהגדרי פיקוח על תנועה אוירית הדרושים לעמדה שבה הוא מאמן;
(2)הוא הוכיח ידע מקצועי, נסיון ומיומנות מקצועית כמפורט בפרק זה.
