321. כשירות לקבלת תעודת איש צוות
תיקון: תשמ״ט־2
המנהל רשאי לתת לאדם תעודת איש צוות אם הוכח, להנחת דעתו, כי הוא אחד מאלה:
(1)עובד קבוע בשירות מפעיל, המשמש בתפקיד של איש צוות או של איש צוות אויר;
(2)איש חיל האויר בצבא הגנה לישראל, היוצא מישראל בתפקיד איש צוות או משקיף טיסה;
(3)מפקח;
(4)ממלא אחר תנאים מיוחדים שקבע המנהל.
