49. מתן החלטה
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2
(א)רשות הרישוי לא תתן החלטה אלא לאחר שניתנה לעובד טיס או למבקש הרשיון, ההגדר או תעודת איש צוות, הזדמנות להביא לפניה טענותיו לעניין ההחלטה.
(ב)עם הבאת ההחלטה לידיעת עובד הטיס או המבקש, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) (להלן בפרק זה – מבקש), תודע לו זכותו להשיג או לערור על ההחלטה כמפורט בתקנות אלה.
