50. זכות ערר
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2
(א)מבקש הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי החלטת רשות הרישוי רשאי להשיג עליה בפני המנהל.
(ב)מבקש הרואה עצמו נפגע על ידי החלטת המנהל, בין שניתנה בתוקף היותו רשות הרישוי ובין בהשגה לפי תקנת משנה (א), רשאי לערור עליה בפני ועדת הערר לרישוי שמינה השר לענין תקנות אלה (להלן – ועדת הערר).
