19. מניעת תשלומי כפל
בכפוף לאמור בתקנה 14, לא תשולם הענקה בעד פרק הזמן שמשתלמת בעדו גימלה לפי פרקים ב׳, ג׳, ו׳1 או ו׳2 לחוק או הענקה חדשית מכוח סעיף 198א לחוק או תמיכה חדשית לצרכי מחייתו מאת אוצר המדינה או רשות מקומית, זולת תמיכה כאמור הניתנת כהשלמה בנוסף להענקה.
