387. מתן הענקה

המוסד רשאי, לפי שיקול דעתו מטעמי צדק, לתת הענקות לאדם בכסף ובעין על פי מבחנים וכללים ובשיעורים שנקבעו באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה, כשתביעתו של האדם לגמלה במסגרת ענפי הביטוח אינה מזכה אותו בגלל אחת מאלה:
(1)אי־הזדקקות לאשפוז לפי סעיף 42;
(2)פיגור בתשלום דמי ביטוח לפי סעיפים 50 או 366;
(3)אי־מילוי חובת רישום לפי סעיף 77;
(4)אי־השלמת תקופת אכשרה לפי סעיפים 246 או 253.
