1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”אזור“ – כל אחד מן השטחים המוחזקים בידי צבא־הגנה לישראל;
”בית משפט“ – למעט בית דין דתי, אולם לרבות רשם בית משפט;
”הוצאה לפועל“ – לרבות ראש ההוצאה לפועל ומוציא לפועל, כמשמעותם בחוק ההוצאה לפועל, תשכ״ז–1967;
”מסמך“ – כתב בי־דין, לרבות הזמנת עד או מסמך אחר, שהוציאו בית משפט או לשכת הוצאה לפועל או נוטריון ציבורי.
