11א. הוראות לעניין אי־חידוש הפוליסה לכלל המבוטחים
תיקון: תשע״ח־2, תש״ף, תשפ״ד, תשפ״ה
(החל מיום 1.1.2027):
במקרה שהביטוח הסיעודי לחברי קופת חולים הופסק עקב אי־חידושה של הפוליסה לכלל המבוטחים אצל מבטח כלשהו, יתרת קרן המבוטחים באותו המועד תשמש לטובת המבוטחים, באופן שיאשר הממונה בכפוף לסעיף 40 לחוק.
