24. החלטות הועדה ורישומן
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)דיוני הועדה יירשמו בפרוטוקול אשר ייחתם על ידי חברי הועדה.
(ב)החלטת הועדה הקובעת דרגת נכות תהיה בכתב ויצורפו אליה הממצאים והנימוקים.
(ג)ההחלטה תימסר למזכיר.
(ד)הועדה רשאית לתקן טעות סופר בפרוטוקול שייחתם על ידי חברי הועדה.
