25. הודעה לנפגע
המזכיר ימסור לנפגע העתק החלטת הועדה ולפי בקשת הנפגע גם העתק הממצאים והנימוקים, אלא אם הודיעה הועדה למזכיר שאין להביא את הממצאים והנימוקים לידיעת הנפגע עצמו כי אם לידיעת בא כוחו של הנפגע או אדם אחר, המייצג, לדעת המוסד, את הנפגע.
