1. הגדרות
בצו זה –
”תו־תקן“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 11(א) לחוק;
”תקן“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 6(א) לחוק, לרבות מפרט שאישר המכון ולא פורסם כתקן ישראלי;
”תקן רשמי“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 8(א) לחוק.
