136. מי נגר עיליים
(א)מי הנגר העיליים ינוקזו מקרבת המקלט וסביבתו.
(ב)מפלס הרצפה של דרך הגישה ושל הכניסה למקלט, תחתית פתחי יציאות חירום ופתחי איוורור (חלונות וצינורות) גובלים עם פני הקרקע, יהיו בגובה שלא יפחת מ־20 ס״מ מעל פני הקרקע הסמוכים.
