141. עבודות גימור
(א)פני הדופן הפנימי של קירות המקלט ותקרותיו יהיו חלקים עם גמר יציקת הבטון ואין לטייח אותם אלא לצבעם בלבד.
(ב)פני הדופן החיצוני על קירות המקלט הבולטים מעל פני הקרקע יהיו מבטון חשוף, צבוע או מטוייח, הכל לפי שיקולי המתכנן.
(ג)יש לקטום את מקצועות כל הקירות החיצוניים והפנימיים של המקלט בצלע שאורכה 2 ס״מ לפחות.
