תיקון: תשנ״ד, תשס״ט, תשע״ח־2
במרחבים המוגנים המוסדיים יותקנו פתחי חילוץ קומתיים לפי הכללים המפורטים בתקנות 179 ו־180; ואולם במרחב מוגן בודד, אשר אין בו פתח חילוץ קומתי, יותקן חלון הדף או תותקן דלת הדף מוסדית נוספת לפי הכללים המפורטים בחלק ג׳1.
