על חדר מדרגות ונתיב גישה מוגן המובילים למרחב מוגן ייעודי במוסד בריאות יחולו דרישות של סימן ב׳ בפרק ג׳ של חלק ג׳1 החלות על מרחב מוגן מוסדי, למעט הדרישות לנתיב גישה מוגן אם הכניסה למרחב המוגן אינה נמצאת במפלס תת־קרקעי.
