57כא. סירוב למתן היתר פעילות או להארכת תוקפו
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)סירב מנהל אגף הנדסה לתת היתר פעילות, ימסור הודעת סירוב מנומקת בכתב לנציג בעליה של אניית הנוסעים או לסוכנה בישראל ולמבקש הבקשה, אם אינו אחד מאלה.
(ב)בעליה או קברניטה של אניית נוסעים או מבקש הבקשה אם אינו אחד מאלה, רשאי לערור על הודעת הסירוב לפני מנהל הרשות בתוך 15 ימים מיום קבלתה.
