86. מינוי ואישור אחראי לבטיחות השיט
המנהל רשאי לפטור אגודת ספורט ימי מתשלום האגרות המנויות בתוספת החמש עשרה אם התקיימו באותה אגודה או באותו סניף של האגודה (להלן – הסניף) התנאים הבאים:
(1)הסניף הציע למנהל אדם האחראי לבטיחות השיט (להלן – האחראי);
(2)האחראי הסכים בכתב לקבל על עצמו האחריות;
(3)האחראי הוא בעל תעודת משיט ספינה;
(4)המנהל אישרר את מינוי האחראי;
(5)כלי השיט הוא בבעלות הסניף.
