על אף האמור בפרק החמישי לתקנות הבטיחות, רישיון שיט לכלי שיט חדש, המיועד לפעול בתחום נמל טבריה, למעט כלי שיט בעל הנעה חשמלית, לא יינתן לראשונה בתקופת תוקפן של תקנות אלה.
