81. דוח שנתי
תיקון: תשע״ב־2
(א)חברה תפרסם באתר, אחת לשנה ולא יאוחר מ־30 באפריל של אותה שנה, דוח שנתי בדבר פעילות החברה בשנה שעברה (להלן – שנת הדוח).
(ב)הדוח השנתי ייחתם בידי יושב ראש הדירקטוריון והמנהל הכללי של החברה.
