84. חיבור שלא כדין
תיקון: תשע״ב־2, תשפ״ד־4
(א)התחבר אדם שלא כדין למערכת מים של חברה, רשאית החברה לנתק את החיבור ולחייב את אותו אדם בעד צריכת מים לפי אומדן של מהנדס החברה וכן בכל העלויות הכרוכות בניתוק החיבור; החברה תצרף לחשבון התקופתי הסבר בדבר אופן עריכת האומדן והנתונים ששימשו את מהנדס החברה בביצועו.
(ב)חברה תתעד פעולת ניתוק כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) ותשמור את התיעוד למשך 7 שנים מיום פעולת הניתוק.
