11. תנאים לייצור בשר טחון
לא ייצר אדם, לא יחסין ולא ישווק בשר טחון אלא אם נתקיימו לגביו כל אלה:
(1)נמצאו בו לא יותר מ־25% שומן לפי משקל;
(2)הוא הוקפא מיד אחר האריזה במיתקן להקפאה המצוייד ברישום אוטומטי של הטמפרטורה, והטמפרטורה במרכז החבילה הגיעה ל־18 מעלות צלזיוס מתחת לאפס בזמן שלא עלה על 24 שעות משעת האריזה.
