17. השגה לפני הרשות הממשלתית
תיקון: תשע״ח
צרכן בנכס אחר רשאי להשיג על החלטת חברה לפי בסעיפים 15 עד 15ג, ולעניין סעיפים 15א עד 15ג – בכפוף לסעיף 53(ב) לחוק, לפני מנהל הרשות או בפני עובד הרשות הממשלתית שמנהל הרשות מינה לצורך כך; בירור ההשגה ייעשה לפי סעיף 70א לכללי אמות המידה; צרכן כאמור ישלח לחברה הודעה על הגשת השגה לפי סעיף זה; לא תבוצע פעולת ניתוק אספקת מים אלא בחלוף 7 ימי עסקים ממועד הגשת ההשגה.
