107. חובת גוף תשתית להשלמת איתור ומיפוי של תשתית בשטח תוכנית המטרו או בשטח סמוך
תיקון: תשפ״ד
גוף תשתית יערוך הליך להשלמת איתור ומיפוי של התשתית שהוא מחזיק או מפעיל בשטח תוכנית המטרו או בשטח הסמוך לה, ככל הנדרש, כך שעד תום ארבעה חודשים מיום תחילתו של חוק רכבת תחתית (מטרו) (תיקון מס׳ 4), התשפ״ד–2024 (בפרק זה – החוק המתקן), יהיה ברשותו כלל המידע לגבי התשתית שהוא מחזיק או מפעיל כאמור; לעניין זה, ”שטח סמוך“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 74.
