תיקון: תשפ״ד
על אף האמור בסעיף 55ג(א) לחוק משק הגז הטבעי, התשס״ב–2002, לעניין סכסוך שנדון בוועדה לתיאום תשתיות בעקבות פנייה של גוף תשתית שנערכה ערב תחילתו של החוק המתקן, הרכב הוועדה לתיאום תשתיות יהיה בהתאם לקבוע בחוק משק הגז הטבעי או בחוק התוכנית הכלכלית לשנים 2017 ו־2018, לפי העניין, כנוסחם ערב תחילתו של החוק המתקן.
