6. התקשרות
בעסקאות לשם ביצוע תפקידי רשות המטרו כאמור בסעיף 4, המנויים להלן מורשים לייצג את הממשלה בעסקאות כאמור בסעיפים 4 ו־5 לחוק נכסי המדינה, למעט עסקאות במקרקעין, ולחתום בשם המדינה על מסמכים הנוגעים לעסקאות כאמור:
(1)המנהל יחד עם חשב רשות המטרו, למעט לעניין עסקאות עם החברה המבצעת;
(2)יושב ראש הוועדה המנהלת יחד עם חשב רשות המטרו, לעניין עסקאות עם החברה המבצעת.
