71. מתן עדיפות לטיפול בעניין הנוגע למיזם המטרו ומינוי גורם מרכז
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)גורם מוסמך יטפל בכל עניין הנוגע לקידום מיזם המטרו בהקדם האפשרי ולא יאוחר מהמועדים הקבועים בחוק זה.
(ב)גורם מוסמך ימנה את אחד מעובדיו שיהיה אחראי לרכז את הטיפול בכל עניין הקשור למיזם המטרו, ובכלל זה ייתן מענה לפניות של חברה מבצעת בעניין כאמור.
