73. איסור התניית אישור או ביצוע פעולה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
גורם מוסמך לא יתנה, במישרין או בעקיפין, מתן אישור לביצוע פעולה, לרבות ביצוע פעולה נלווית הנדרשת מהגורם המוסמך בשל הבקשה, בביצוע פעולה על ידי החברה המבצעת שאינה נוגעת באופן ישיר לאישור המבוקש.
