81. חיבור למערכת ביוב או למערכת תיעול עירונית
תיקון: תשפ״ד
לשם ביצוע פעולה לקידום מיזם המטרו, רשאית חברה מבצעת להתחבר בעצמה למערכת ביוב או למערכת תיעול עירונית, בלא קבלת אישור של גוף התשתית, בהתאם למתכונת שתקבע המועצה המאסדרת ובנסיבות שתקבע, ובלבד שהודיעה על כך לגוף התשתית 48 שעות לפחות לפני ההתחברות.
