96. סמכות הוועדה לתיאום תשתיות לפסוק בסכסוכים הנוגעים למיזם המטרו
תיקון: תשפ״ד
הוועדה לתיאום תשתיות שהוקמה לפי סעיף 55ב לחוק משק הגז הטבעי, התשס״ב–2002 (בפרק זה – הוועדה לתיאום תשתיות), תהיה מוסמכת לפסוק בסכסוכים הנוגעים למיזם המטרו בין גוף תשתית אחד או יותר ובין חברה מבצעת, בעניינים המפורטים בסעיף 59כב(א) לחוק החברות הממשלתיות ובעניין תנאי ערבות, ביטוח ותנאים מסחריים נוספים שנדרשים לטובת ביצוע עבודת תשתית, בכפוף להוראות פרק זה.
